Full Moon ~Release Work

I encourage you to put pen to paper a few days before the Soundbath to journal anything that you feel has been holding up too much space in your mind and body and that you are ready to let go of. After you you have written this down, journal 1-5 things that you are grateful for to set the intention before the experience. Bring your journal page with you as well as any healing elements, like crystals, to the experience to keep by your side.
